Reporting is not recommending

Every dosing figure on this site is a report of what a source stated, carried with the label the source gave it. Where a record says 250–500 mcg, that is a sentence about a document, not an instruction to you. The distinction is not a legal formality — it is the reason the records are worth reading. A site that told you what to take would have to be confident about things nobody is confident about.

Where we hold no dosing information, the record says so rather than estimating. Where the only evidence is an animal study, the record says that too, and the rubric defines exactly what that rung does and does not license anyone to conclude.

What the calculators do

The reconstitution calculator performs arithmetic on numbers you supply. It converts a vial mass and a diluent volume into a concentration, and a dose into units on a syringe barrel. It does not choose the dose, and it has no opinion on whether the dose you typed is a good idea. The beyond-use calculator works the same way, from published handling conventions for the diluent rather than from any compound's stability data.

Arithmetic can still be wrong if the inputs are wrong. Confirm every draw against the vial in front of you.

Most of these compounds are not approved medicines

23 of the 185 records carry an FDA approval with an application number. The rest do not. Many are sold for laboratory research use only, which is a legal category rather than a comment on safety, and several have no human safety data at all — a fact stated on those records rather than left for you to infer.

Legal status varies by country and changes. Nothing here should be read as a claim that any compound is legal for you to obtain, possess or use.

What we do not know is published too

521 fields across 136 records are recorded as not on file rather than left blank, because a blank invites you to fill it in from the surrounding text. If a record looks thin, that is the record being honest about a thin literature.
